What we guarantee

GalaxyWarden is your authorized privacy agent under California Civil Code §1798.135(c) and applicable state-equivalent statutes (CPRA, VCDPA, CTDPA, CPA, UCPA, TDPSA, MTCDPA, OCPA, DPDPA, NHPA, NJDPA, MNCDPA). Our service is filing valid removal requests with data brokers on your behalf, generating an audit trail you can produce to any regulator, and verifying broker responses.

We do not guarantee broker compliance. Brokers have up to 45 days under CCPA to honor a request, and a small minority of brokers do not honor authorized-agent requests at all (these are documented on our how removals work page). We control filing; we do not control the broker’s decision tree.

The Purge (formerly sold as “OneShot”) — $19 one-time

What we promise: We will file authorized-agent removal requests to every broker in your removal scope (typically 130+ direct filings covering 800+ sites via affiliate-network coverage) within 14 days of purchase. The Purge is a one-time sweep: after the broker compliance window (CCPA allows brokers up to 45 days) we run a single verification re-scan and email you proof of what came down. Ongoing automatic re-filing when a site re-lists you is a Warden Plus feature, not part of the one-time Purge. You will receive a copy of every email we send on your behalf.

If we fail to file 80% of in-scope brokers within 14 days for reasons within our control (system outage, account misconfiguration, our error), email support@galaxywarden.com and we will issue a full $19 refund within 5 business days.

What disqualifies a refund:

• Broker non-compliance (we filed, broker hasn’t actioned within their 45-day window).
• Brokers that require in-person ID verification (small minority, listed on the how-removals page).
• Re-listing after a broker imports new public records (the one-time Purge covers one sweep + one verification re-scan; continuous re-filing on re-list requires an active Warden Plus subscription).
• Chargebacks filed without first contacting support.

Warden Plus — $9.99/mo or $99/yr

30-day first-billing refund. Warden Plus is our single ongoing subscription. While it is active it includes the Concierge action engine (manual broker filings on demand), the full automated opt-out engine, and continuous monitoring with automatic relist re-strikes — when a people-search site re-lists you, we file a fresh authorized-agent takedown for you automatically. Subscribers may initiate up to 100 new-site opt-out filings per calendar month; relist re-strikes to sites already in your scope do not count against that allowance. All of this is contingent on an active subscription — the automatic re-striking stops when the subscription lapses. The same 80%-filed-in-14-days commitment as The Purge applies the first time we execute the full removal sweep on your behalf.

DoxxScan™ Monitoring

Continuous credential re-scanning subscription. Refundable in full within 30 days of your first paid billing period. Deep-mode credits attached to an active subscription are refundable only if unconsumed; one-time Deep-mode top-up credits are non-refundable once a scan has been delivered.

Universal exclusions

• Renewals beyond the first billing period of any subscription (cancel anytime to stop future charges).
• Consumed one-time credits (Deep mode, address-search bumps).
• Card-issuer chargebacks filed without first emailing support — we are always faster than a bank dispute, and skipping the support step risks both your account and future service eligibility.
• Accounts terminated for abuse (impersonation, false agent claims, scraping our service).
• Purchases made through JVZoo or an affiliate: The Purge and bundle orders completed via JVZoo checkout (or an affiliate’s link) are processed and refunded by JVZoo under JVZoo’s own refund policy — that checkout is outside our direct control. Refund requests for those orders must be made through JVZoo. The refund terms on this page apply to purchases made directly on galaxywarden.com.

How to request a refund

1. Email support@galaxywarden.com from the address on your account.
2. Subject line: Refund — [your plan] (e.g. Refund — The Purge).
3. We process refunds within 3–5 business days back to the original payment method.

Why we offer this

The data-removal industry is full of vague promises and 12-month lock-ins. We sell a bounded service with a bounded guarantee: we promise filing, we don’t promise outcomes we can’t control, and we refund cleanly when we fall short. If our $19 didn’t earn its keep, we’d rather give it back than fight a chargeback.
