Modest volume discounts — specialist time per executive is largely linear, so the per-exec rate doesn’t fall dramatically with seat count. Mid-engagement seat additions are pro-rated. Engagements above 25 White Glove executives, multi-year contracts, and unusual scope (e.g., dual-tier or healthcare-finance + creator-platform combined) are negotiated bilaterally.
Custom-tier engagements layer additional scope on top of White Glove (vertical-specific workflows, multiple specialists, dedicated incident-response team).
