GalaxyWarden Does NOT Sell Your Data

We never exchange your personal information for money. We do run analytics and advertising measurement tags on our marketing pages, which under CCPA/CPRA can count as “sharing” — use the controls below to opt out.

What This Means

Under CCPA/CPRA, "selling" includes exchanging personal information for monetary or valuable consideration. "Sharing" includes disclosing data for cross-context behavioral advertising (targeted ads based on your activity across different websites/apps).

Our Current Practices:

We do NOT sell your personal information for money
We do NOT disclose your breach results, exposed credentials, removal profile, or location inferences to advertisers or analytics providers — advertising tags never load on pages that show your results
We do NOT supply your data to data brokers for them to store, resell, or market to you
We run NO advertising tags. The only third-party tools on this site are PostHog, and Trustpilot, neither of which is used for advertising or follows you to other sites. Opt out of them below, or send a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser — a GPC signal suppresses them on every page, server-side, before they are written into the document.
We DO send data brokers the identifying information they need to delete you — but only when you buy a removal product, only under your signed authorization, and only to the brokers required to process your request. That is a deletion request, not a sale.
We share data with service providers (breach databases, our AI provider, hosting, email, payments) only to deliver our security features. The full list is in our Privacy Policy.

Email Address * Required so we can identify you, record the request, and confirm when it is honored. We will send you a reference number. We use this address only to process and log this opt-out.

Opt-Out of Sale of Personal Information Prevent any future sale of your personal data to third parties.

Opt-Out of Sharing for Advertising Turn off the analytics and review tools (PostHog, and Trustpilot). We run no advertising tags, so there is nothing here being shared for cross-context behavioral advertising — this switch stops the two tools above. Saved to your account and applied on every page you load while signed in.

Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information Restrict use of sensitive data to essential service purposes only. This covers the approximate home/work location and the medical, school, religious, and family place pins we derive from your publicly visible Google Maps contributions, and any date of birth held in a Removal Profile. Limiting this disables the location-exposure report.

Global Privacy Control (GPC): We honor browser-based Global Privacy Control signals as valid opt-out requests. If your browser sends a GPC signal, we will automatically treat it as a request to opt-out of sale/sharing.
