Frequently asked questions
We’re a small team and we reply personally. We reply within one business day, Mon–Fri, US Pacific. If your question is not answered here, email support@galaxywarden.com or use the contact page, and a person will read it.
What does GalaxyWarden do?
Two things. First we find where your details are exposed: in known data leaks, and on the people-search sites that publish home addresses. Then we send legal removal requests to the companies holding them, and we keep sending them when your listing comes back.
Is this a scam? Who are you?
Companies pay him to find the holes in their security before criminals do. That is our founder, Brandon Audeh. The company is BATECH LLC, registered in California, and our mailing address is published on the contact page and on every legal page.
More about him on the about page; what we publish, and how we count it, on the trust page.
What does it cost?
The scan is free. There is no account and no card, and you see the result on the page.
Deep Sweep — $29, one payment, nothing renews. We send legal removal requests to every company that sells your details, and we show you what came down.
Protection — $14.99/mo or $129/yr. Data brokers rebuild their files from public records, so listings come back. Protection keeps filing every time you reappear, all year. See pricing for the full comparison.
What does the $29 give me that the free scan didn’t?
The free scan tells you which of your details leaked and where. The Deep Sweep shows you the actual values, names every site holding them, and — this is the part you are paying for — files the removal requests with all 582 companies so you don’t have to (how we count).
What happens after I pay?
Right after checkout you fill in a short profile — your name, current and previous addresses, and date of birth — and sign one authorization form. That form is what lets us act for you by law. Then we file, and we email you what came down.
The step-by-step is on how removals work.
How is this different from Incogni or DeleteMe?
Two things you can check for yourself. You see a real result before you pay anything: no account, no card, on the page. And we find where you actually are before we tell anyone your name.
The side-by-side is on the comparison page.
What do you do with my data?
We do not sell, rent or license your data. The identifier you scan is used to run the check and to email you the result, and it is kept for 48 hours so we can send it. Marketing email is a separate opt-in, off by default, and declining it never affects your scan.
Password checks never send your password — only a hash prefix. Breach lookups on your email go to Have I Been Pwned and DeHashed over TLS. We do not log the query.
Will you remove everything?
No. In most cases we will not remove 100% of your information from the internet. Getting hundreds of companies to honour an opt-out is never-ending work, and any service that promises otherwise is overselling. If “everything, permanently” is your expectation, we are not the right product for you.
Can I cancel? Can I get my money back?
Yes. One click in your account settings, on any plan.
Refunds: Protection and Family carry a 30-day refund on your first billing period — monthly and annual alike. Email support within 30 days of that first charge and we refund it in full. After that, cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund a period already in progress. Deep Sweep is a one-time $29 charge with its own 14-day filing guarantee.
Those are summaries. Our Refund & Service Guarantee is the single source of truth for every plan, and it controls if anything here reads differently.
